Search or sort members, open their details, connect families, and manage district and small-group affiliations. Organization names and menu labels can be customized without changing underlying permissions.
Attendance & care
Clear checked states help staff see who is present. Filters keep each person within their assigned reporting scope. Review attendance trends and confirmed long-term absences without treating missing records as confirmed absences.
Department registers can show students, teachers and classes. Newcomer registers support a chosen course-completion date.
Ministry teams, officers & training
Organize parent ministries and committees, assign multiple people and create role titles such as chair, deputy chair or secretary. Annual rosters can be copied to another year. A ministry role does not automatically grant account permissions.
Track discipleship courses, progress and completion dates.
Calendar, daily schedule & bulletins
Set event groups, visibility, dates and times, and whether an event appears on the dashboard. Daily schedules support half-hour placement on a 24-hour timeline. Link a public church bulletin board to make bulletins easier to find.
Documents & reporting
Use certificate templates and export supported rosters in PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, Word or Hangul (HWPX). Available fields and formats depend on the menu and your permissions. The English UI does not automatically translate church-authored templates or exported records.

Church-specific access
The server checks sign-in, church membership, menu permissions and assigned scope. A church account does not grant access to other churches.
Read-only when appropriate
Church owners can limit menus, member fields and detail tabs. Read-only access does not permit editing or deleting records.
Protected sign-in
Owner email verification, trusted-device controls and repeated-login protection help protect your account. Review trusted devices and keep backups.
Security is ongoing work, not a guarantee that every risk can be eliminated. Church records are not sent to a translation service.
