CHBOM: seeing, caring and growing together

CHBOM’s Korean name, “교회봄,” brings together the church and the idea of seeing—and the renewal of spring. It is a reminder to see each person, care for one another, and help the church flourish.

The purpose is not administration for its own sake. CHBOM helps make room for people and ministry in service of the Kingdom of God.

Everyday church work, connected.

Members & families

Keep member profiles, family relationships, newcomer courses and baptism or confirmation records together.

Worship & attendance

Record attendance by service, district and small group. Department and Sunday-service attendance remain separate where appropriate.

A dashboard that fits

Choose attendance, population, absence and department widgets. Arrange and resize cards, and show events as a list or calendar.

Ministries & discipleship

Record team roles, organization officers, annual rosters, training courses and completion dates.

Events & daily schedules

Group events, set visibility and dashboard display, and organize today’s activities on a 24-hour timeline.

Documents & exports

Prepare certificates and export supported rosters as PDF, PowerPoint, Excel, Word or Hangul (HWPX). Review previews before sharing personal information.

Care for your church. Protect its records.

Church-specific access

The server checks sign-in, church membership, menu permissions and assigned scope. A church account does not grant access to other churches.

Read-only when appropriate

Church owners can limit menus, member fields and detail tabs. Read-only access does not permit editing or deleting records.

Protected sign-in

Owner email verification, trusted-device controls and repeated-login protection help protect your account. Review trusted devices and keep backups.

Security is ongoing work, not a guarantee that every risk can be eliminated. Church records are not sent to a translation service.

At your desk. At church. On the go.

Use the same church account on supported computers, tablets and phones. Each account sees only what the church owner permits.
